Dianne L. Guy – Presidentlinkedin-icon

Ms. Dianne L. Guy serves as President and General Manager. Ms. Guy has over 36 years of experience in the land surveying profession. She supervises all personnel, directs marketing efforts, receives reports on all projects and determines which projects to pursue.

Having served in a management position, Ms. Guy has gained valuable experience managing multiple large projects and insuring that proper resources are allocated to facilitate successful completion of the projects. Decisions made at her level to subordinates regarding logistics, production methods and in issues relating to time management have earned PMI its reputation as a highly efficient firm.

Alexandra Leitz – Vice President and Operations Directorlinkedin-icon

Ms. Alexandra Leitz serves as Vice President and Operations Director. Ms. Leitz has a BBA with a focus in Management from Radford University and has been working under the direct supervision of Dianne Guy, handling PMI’s Operations. She supervises all operational duties including; contract administration, accounts receivable, marketing efforts, project proposals, and human resources.
Having served in a management position, Ms. Leitz has gained valuable experience managing multiple large contracts including VDOT and SHA. Her involvement in these processes insures that proper resources are allocated to facilitate successful completion of the projects.

Ms. Deborah Gill serves as Chief Strategic Officer. With over 40 years of experience in the financial and operations management of engineering firms, she is responsible for assisting the firm with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. These initiatives include market, service, and geographic sectors. With the responsibility of ensuring the execution of the strategy supports the strategy elements, she acts as a resource across the organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic initiatives.

Lynda Meyer – Chief Financial Officerlinkedin-icon

Ms. Lynda Meyer serves as Chief Financial Officer. She has over 22 years in the Accounting and Finance field with 9+ years in financial supervision and reporting within the A/E/C Industry. Her responsibilities include the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining internal controls, budgeting, auditing, tax compliance, payroll, and human resources for the firm as well as overall maintenance and internal controls of accounting software systems.

Mr. Kenneth Leitz, L.S. is a Vice President and serves as the Director of Special Projects. Mr. Leitz has over 32 years of experience in the field of land surveying and is recognized as a leader in GPS in this area. His experience includes geodetic surveys, boundary surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.

His professional affiliations include the Virginia Association of Surveyors, The American Association of Geodetic Surveyors, The American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, The National Society of Professional Surveyor and The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

Mr. Leitz is currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

Stephen Pearce, L.S., is a Vice President and serves as the Southern Area Regional Manager and has over 31 years of experience in the field of land surveying.

In this position Steve has oversight of the Virginia Beach and Newport News Office’s. He is responsible for the Southern Region’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and work sharing. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he is also responsible for all 3D Scanning operations performed by the PMI Team.

In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices.

Mark McGoniagle, L.S., serves as the Northern Regional Manager and has over 30 years of experience in the field of land surveying. He is licensed in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts. In this position Mark has oversight of the Richmond, Chantilly, and Baltimore Office’s. He is responsible for the Northern Region’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and work sharing.

In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices. He is involved in multiple associations, including the Virginia Association of Surveyors and the District of Columbia Association of Land Surveyors.

Ms. Kelli Stamm is responsible for the planning and execution of various marketing tactics ensuring they are properly representative of PMI values.

Ms. Stamm is responsible for the preparation of proposals, tracking of proposed projects as well as maintaining marketing records.

She manages strategic advertising programs with engineering firms as well as City, State and Government Agencies.

Ivan Lineberry, L.S., serves as the Virginia Beach Office Manager and has over 14 years of experience in the field of land surveying. In this position, Ivan is responsible for the Virginia Beach Office’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and client relationships. In addition to his office management responsibilities, he is also a well-respected Project Manager with extensive experience in the Hampton Roads area.

Chris Capozzi, L.S., serves as the Newport News Area Manager and has over 29 years of experience in the field of land surveying. In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices.

With over 29 years of experience in surveying, including three years with the City of Virginia Beach, Mr. Capozzi offers a detailed understanding of the technologies and issues facing surveying projects. His experience spans boundary, topographic and hydrographic surveying, transportation, GPS technology, and the latest surveying, GIS and design software. Additionally, Mr. Capozzi is trained in civil engineering, facilitating his ability to effectively work with engineers and architects.

TJ Frazier, LS serves as the Baltimore Area Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in land surveying, 3D laser scanning, construction, and mixed use land development.

His daily responsibilities include project management, estimating and contract administration, business development, and QA/QC for the Baltimore office. Mr. Frazier’s competencies include: AutoCAD, Carlson Civil Suite, Leica Cyclone, ArcGIS, MS Office Suite, OPUS Projects and iSqFt. He is fully capable in both field and office environments.

Mr. Frazier has a comprehensive background in land and construction surveying on a variety of land development projects throughout central Maryland. Areas of specific expertise and interest include: ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Maryland SHA right-of-way reconstruction, boundary retracement, scanning, metes and bounds descriptions for properties/easements/rights-of-way, and residential/commercial subdivisions. He is a past president of the Maryland Society of Surveyors and member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors.

Mr. Frazier is currently licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia.

Cory Haynes, LS serves as the Middletown Office Manager. He has over 40 years of experience in land surveying, construction, and mixed use land development.

His daily responsibilities include project management, estimating and contract administration, business development, and QA/QC for the  Middletown office. Mr. Haynes’s competencies include: AutoCAD, Carlson Civil Suite, MS Office Suite, and iSqFt. He is fully capable in both field and office environments.

Mr. Haynes has a comprehensive background in land and construction surveying on a variety of public and private sector projects throughout Virginia. Areas of specific expertise and interest include: VDOT, USACE, CSX & VRE Railroads.  He is a member of Top of Virginia, Virginia Association of Surveyors, and the American Legion.

Mr. Haynes is currently licensed in Virginia.

Matt Morris, LS serves as the Chantilly Office Manager. He has over 12 years of experience in land surveying, construction, and mixed use land development.

Mr. Morris’s competencies include: AutoCAD, Carlson Civil Suite, MS Office Suite, and iSqFt. He is fully capable in both field and office environments.

Mr. Morris has a comprehensive background in land and construction surveying on a variety of public and private sector projects throughout Virginia. Areas of specific expertise and interest include: VDOT, USACE, CSX & VRE Railroads.  He is a member of Top of Virginia, ACEC, VTCA, and the Virginia Association of Surveyors.

Mr. Morris is currently licensed in Virginia.

Rick Thomas – Safety Manager

Rick Thomas, serves as the Safety Manager. Rick has over 30 years of surveying experience and 8 years serving as PMI’s Safety Manager. Mr. Thomas’s primary responsibility is Safety Manager for all field personnel, his secondary responsibility is Project Manager.

As part of his daily safety responsibilities he performs safety meetings, field/safety inspections, monitors regional offices safety meetings and logs, maintains the safety handbooks, and prepares Activity Hazard Analysis reports.

Mr. Thomas is a certified instructor in: CSX/NS Safety, OSHA Confined Space, and VDOT Flagger Safety.
