Alexandra Leitz – Presidentlinkedin-icon

Ms. Alexandra Leitz serves as President of Precision Measurements, Inc. Ms. Leitz has a BBA with a focus in Management from Radford University.
As President, Ms. Leitz oversees all Regional Managers, Program Managers, Officers, and Directors of the firm.  She supervises all operational duties including; contract administration, accounts receivable, marketing efforts, project proposals, and human resources.  Ms. Leitz has gained valuable experience managing multiple large contracts including VDOT and SHA. Her involvement in these processes  ensures that proper resources are allocated to facilitate successful completion of the projects.

Mr. Kenneth Leitz, L.S. is a Vice President and serves as the Fort Lauderdale Office Manager. Mr. Leitz has over 37 years of experience in the field of land surveying.  His experience includes geodetic surveys, boundary surveys, hydrographic surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.

His professional affiliations include the Virginia Association of Surveyors, The American Association of Geodetic Surveyors, The American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, The National Society of Professional Surveyor and The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

Mr. Leitz is currently licensed in Florida, Virginia, New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois, Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

Stephen Pearce, L.S., is a Vice President and serves as the Southern Area Regional Manager and has over 36 years of experience in the field of land surveying.

In this position Steve has oversight of the Virginia Beach and Newport News Office’s. He is responsible for the Southern Region’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and work sharing. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he is also responsible for all 3D Scanning operations performed by the PMI Team.

In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices.

Mark McGoniagle, L.S., serves as the Northern Regional Manager and has over 35 years of experience in the field of land surveying. He is licensed in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and Massachusetts. In this position Mark has oversight of the Richmond, Chantilly, and Baltimore Office’s. He is responsible for the Northern Region’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and work sharing.

In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices. He is involved in multiple associations, including the Virginia Association of Surveyors and the District of Columbia Association of Land Surveyors.

Ms. Kelli Stamm is responsible for the planning and execution of various marketing tactics ensuring they are properly representative of PMI values.

Ms. Stamm is responsible for the preparation of proposals, tracking of proposed projects as well as maintaining marketing records.

She manages strategic advertising programs with engineering firms as well as City, State and Government Agencies.

Ivan Lineberry, L.S., serves as the Virginia Beach Office Manager and has over 16 years of experience in the field of land surveying. In this position, Ivan is responsible for the Virginia Beach Office’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and client relationships. In addition to his office management responsibilities, he is also a well-respected Project Manager with extensive experience in the Hampton Roads area.

In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices.

Rick Thomas, serves as the Newport News Area Manager and has over 35 years of experience in the field of land surveying. In his daily operations he performs computations, prepares/drafts plats, boundary and topographic surveys, supervises field crews, meets with clients to determine project scope and requirements, prepares fee estimates/cost analysis and reviews/submits invoices.

In addition to his role as the Newport News Office Manager, Mr. Thomas also serves as the Corporate Safety Manager.

As part of his safety responsibilities he performs safety meetings, field/safety inspections, monitors regional offices safety meetings and logs, maintains the safety handbooks, and prepares Activity Hazard Analysis reports.

Mr. Thomas is a certified instructor in: CSX/NS Safety, OSHA Confined Space, and VDOT Flagger Safety.

Rena Butler, Prof. L.S., serves as the Ellicott City Maryland Office Manager and has over 35 years of experience in Engineering and Land Surveying. In this position, Rena is responsible for the Ellicott City, Maryland Office’s productivity, invoicing requirements and client relationships. In addition to her office management responsibilities, she also is a well-respected Project Manager with extensive experience with the State Highway Administration in Maryland.

In her daily operations, she supervises office staff and field crews, meets with clients, reviews proposal requests, prepares fees estimates, reviews/submits invoices, tracks project progress and workload projections, maintains project budgets, performs computations, prepares/drafts/and QA/QC deliverables. She was the first female president of the Maryland Society of Surveyors in 2017-2018 and served on the board for 5 years. She is still a member of MSS and NSPS.

Roberto Torres, L.S. – Chantilly Office Manager

Roberto Torres, LS, serves as the Chantilly Office Manager and has over 20 years of experience in the Land Surveying industry.   Mr. Torres has a bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. His experience includes ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys; planimetric, topographic, utilities, route/highway hydrographic and GPS Surveys; centerline/baselines and construction stakeout; and cross sections throughout Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Mr. Torres has performed utility infrastructure, park and recreational, and commercial projects in Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington and Loudoun Counties and within the District of Columbia and Maryland. He has performed numerous surveys for DOTs as well as Federal, State, and Local government projects.  Mr. Torres is currently licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia with currently affiliation to the Virginia and the District of Columbia Associations of Land Surveyors.

In this position, Roberto is responsible for the Chantilly Office’s productivity, invoicing requirements, and client relationships.   In his daily operations, he supervises office staff and field crews, meets with clients, reviews proposal requests, prepares fees estimates, reviews/submits invoices, tracks project progress and workload projections, maintains project budgets, performs computations, prepares/drafts/and QA/QC deliverables.

Daniel Bidot, LS, PSM – Fort Lauderdale Office Manager

Mr. Bidot serves as the Fort Lauderdale Office Manager and has over 8 years of experience in the field of land and hydrographic surveying. In his daily operations, Mr. Bidot manages the Florida Division in client relations; subcontractor service agreements; field crew supervision, federal, state, and local contracts; survey equipment management; purchasing and decommissioning, as well as filling for permits and certifications. Additionally, he oversees projects and quality control including, but not limited to: Hydrographic Surveys, Subsurface Utilities Studies, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Aerial LiDAR, and Photogrammetric Surveys, Topographical and As-Built Surveys, Assistant to Expert Witness, 3D Modeling, BIMs and Terrestrial Laser Scanning, Boundary and Route Surveys, etc…
