Project Description
Resurvey and reconstruction of the original 1950’s era Dulles Toll Road Easement between I-495 and Route 684 / International drive (4100 LF). Prepared for the HNTB I-66 Multimodal Improvements project, this plat also included resurveys of multiple VDOT plan right-of-way and baseline alignments for the purpose of creating new Toll Road Easements within the context of a complicated array of existing public and VDOT records.
